摘　　要：目的:探讨分析新版医生工作站在时限监控设计中存在的不足。方法:根据2002年国家卫生部和国家中医管理局颁布的《病历书写基本规范(试行)》为依据,以医院实际运行的数据为基础进行分析和讨论。结果:通过对时限监控数据的分析,发现在医疗管理中所存在的问题。结论:时限质量监控指标体系是评价医疗环节质量的关键内容之一,加强时限监控是提高病历质量的重要措施。Objective： To analyze the insufficiency in time limit monitoring of new edition doctor workstation of HIS. Methods ： According to the Basic Criterion of the Medical Record, collect and analyze the basic data of hospital operation. Results： The author found the problems of medical management through the analysis of time limit monitoring data. Conclusion： The quality index system of time limit monitoring is a key point of medical quality, and strengthening the time limit monitoring can enhance the quality of medical record.
