摘　　要：高校中的少数民族大学生是国家宝贵的人才资源,加强和改进对少数民族大学生的思想政治教育工作,不仅关系到人才的培养,而且关系到民族的振兴和国家的长治久安,其意义十分深远。针对目前少数民族大学生思想政治工作中的一些问题,教育工作者要准确把握少数民族大学生的思想特点,通过校园文化活动,发挥少数民族传统文化在思想政治教育中的积极作用,认真解决少数民族大学生的实际困难,加强思想政治工作者的师德建设,把少数民族大学生培养成建设民族地区,发展民族地区,促进祖国边疆的巩固和民族团结的中坚力量。National minority students in the colleges are precious human resources, the ideological and political education national minority students is related to not only the training of students but also the country＇s long-term stability, and its significance is very far＇reaching. At present, facing a few problems of ideological and political education of national minority students , educational workers should know their thoughts and resolve their practical problems much better, by combining national culture with campus culture and asmitting excellent component in national culture to cultivate the national minority students to become the core force in the nation-building, and to promote consolidation of our motherland and national unity.
