内生放线菌和寄主植物的抑菌活性及其关系

摘　　要：从68种中草药植物中分离了560株内生放线菌菌株,其中84株(约占15%)对金葡菌有抑菌活性,36株(约6%)对白念珠菌有抑菌活性,提示中草药植物的内生放线菌可能是抗菌新药的一个来源。检测了9种中草药植物的水或乙醇抽提液对金葡菌的抑菌活性,发现内生放线菌菌株的抑菌活性与其寄主植物没有明显的对应关系。This paper reports that total 84 or 36 out of the tested 560 endophytic actinomycetes strains from 68 Chinese medicinal herbs, showed inhibition activity against Staphylococcus aureus or Candida albicans, respectively, suggesting a potential source for novel antibiotics. Further investigation by using water or ethanol extracts of the nine herbs against Staphylococcus aureus, indicated no apparent relationships on inhibition of the pathogen between herbs and their endophytic actinomycetes.
