乳腺癌的超声鉴别诊断再探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨高频超声对乳腺癌的鉴别诊断的价值。方法:对300例被手术、病理证实的乳腺癌高频声像图进行回顾性分析。结果:高频超声对乳腺癌诊断符合率97%。乳腺癌的高频声像图特征明显,肿块形态不规则,回声不均匀,肿块内微小钙化及同侧腋窝淋巴结肿大有助于乳腺癌的诊断。结论:高频超声对乳腺癌的鉴别诊断有重要的临床价值。Objectives ： To investigate differential diagnostic value of high frequency for breast cancer ;.Methods ： Methods 300 patients were analyzed retrospectively,including shap, size, margin, inner echo, mobihzation,blood flow distribution. All eases confirmed by clinical operation and pat hology . Results ： The coincidence rate of high frequencyult rasonography to breast cancer w as 97 %. ultrasonography characters of breast cancer included ： irregular shape ; uneven innere choes ;Microcalcitication and axillary enlarged lymph nodes are help to diagnose. Conclusions ： High frequency ultrasound are great value in differential diagnosis of breast cancer.
