摘　　要：我国现行的医学教育与国际医学教育标准存在较大差距,不能适应社会的需要。应借鉴发达国家的经验、结合中国国情,在教育理念、教学内容及方式等方面进行改革,尽快与国际接轨。There is a wide gap between existing Chinese medical education and the international standard of medical education, and the former fails to meet the needs of the society. Therefore, the educational thinking, educational concept and teaching method should be reformed by referring to the experiences of developed countries as well as actual Chinese conditions so that the gap will be shortened as soon as possible.
