摘　　要：为评价我校住院医师规范化培训改革所达到的效果,发现培训过程中存在的问题,从思想品德素质、考勤情况、病历质量等几个方面的成绩,对2003年和2004年参加我校住院医师规范化培训的住院医师成绩进行了详细的分析与讨论,同时相应提出了几点完善住院医师规范化培训的对策。To evaluate the effect of standardized resident training reform in our school, and to find out the problems in the process of training, this paper analyzes the results of tests, such as ideological and moral quality, time and attendance, the quality of medical records, etc. from 2003 to 2004, and puts forward a number of corresponding measures to consummate the standardized resident training.
