摘　　要：目的研究带蒂前锯肌皮瓣在乳腺癌根治术后乳房重建中的应用、临床效果及其常见并发症。方法1996年3月～2007年12月我科选择4例患者,在乳腺癌根治术后一期或二期应用带蒂前锯肌皮瓣进行乳房重建。结果4例病例中有2例患者出现小部分皮瓣的坏死,通过清创缝合后均愈合,愈合后乳房形态仍良好。结论部分皮瓣的坏死是应用带蒂前锯肌皮瓣重建乳房很常见的并发症,乳腺癌根治术后应用带蒂前锯肌皮瓣乳房重建术是一种安全有效的治疗方法。Objective To study immediate or delayed breast reconstruction by serratus anterior muscutaneous flap after radical mastectomy for breast cancer. Methods Four cases were selected to reconstruct breast after radical mastectomy for breast cancer by using serratus anterior museutaneous flap. After breast reconstruction, chemotherapy and radiotherapy were used. Results The four patients were treated by serratus anterior muscutaneous flap breast reconstruction and the morphology of reconstructed breasts was excellent. Conclusion Putrescence of part of the flap is the common complication. Breast reconstruction by serratus anterior muscutaneous after radical mastectomy for breast cancer is a safe and effective treatment.
