乳腺导管内乳头状瘤42例诊治体会

摘　　要：目的总结乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的诊断和治疗。方法回顾性分析我院42例经手术病理证实的乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的临床资料。结果乳腺导管内视镜检查的敏感性85.7%(36/42);定位准确率100%(42/42)。结论乳腺导管内视镜是目前诊断乳腺导管内乳头状瘤最先进最可靠的方法。Objective Sum up the diagnosis and the treatment of the Papilloma inside mammary glands pipe. Methods Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of the nipple form lump 42 （ cases） in my hospital through inside the mammary glands pipe through surgical operation pathologic confirmation. Results the sensitivity of mirror check 85.7% inside mammary glands pipe （36/42） ;Position accuracy 100% （42/42）. Conclusion Mammary glands pipe is currently to diagnose nipple form lump is the most dependable method to diagnose inside mammary glands papilloma.
