摘 要:通过选取不同的制材生产工艺线,对带锯机的负载和空载时间以及能耗进行了测定,并对不同的树种、锯口高度和进料速度等主要因子与能耗的关系进行了测定和分析研究。结果表明:在原木锯解过程中,带锯机的空载时间是负载时间的2~3倍,但负载时的动力消耗约为空载的3~4倍;锯机的动力消耗随着锯口高度、进料速度的增加而增加,硬阔叶材比针叶材更加明显。By choosing the different productive lines in sawmills, these factors to the bandsaws, such as the use efficiency, power consumption and the relationship between the power and tree species, sawing height or feed speed, have been determined, analysed and studied. The results show that the vain run time of bandsaws is as 2~3 times as the effective time in the sawmill production; but the power consumption in sawing logs is as 3~4 times as that in vain run. Besides, the power consumption of bandsaw increases along with the increase of sawing height and feed speed, and the hardwood is more markedly than the softwood. The effective time and power consumption also depend on the different productive lines.
