摘　　要：五人制足球运动的规则更利于保护足球爱好者,所须场地小,便于在高校组织开展.强度较大但是运动量较小的特点,更有益于学生的身心健康.同时五人制足球在高校的推广和普及有利于带动全民健身运动的开展.The five -person -system football rule is helpful to protect the football fans. Thanks to the small space of the five - person - system football, its convenient for organizing and developing in colleges and universities, Its large intensity but small activity increasingly benefits the studentshealth. What＇s more ,due to the ex- tension and popularization of five - person - system football in colleges and universities, a nationwide health - building drive has been launched.
