摘　　要：从分布式多层应用系统的设计入手,分析研究了Web Services原理和XML、SOAP、WSDL、ADO.NET等关键技术,从服务器和客户端两方面考虑,设计了在线投稿系统.本系统结构分为数据层、中间层和客户层3层.中间层利用ADO.NET数据访问技术设计实现了Web Services应用层服务器.Web Services的应用解决了系统集成受地域和操作平台限制的问题,提高了系统的模块化和可扩展性.Commencing from the design of a distributional multi - layer application system, this article analyses and studies the principle of Web Services and the key technique of XML, SOAP, WSDL,ADO. NET etc. With regard to the server and clients, the authors designed the online contribution system. The architecture of this system is divided into three layers ：the data layer, the intermediate layer and the customer layer. The intermediate layer uses the ADO. NET data accessing technique, and makes the application layer servers of Web services. The application of Web Services solves the problem of system integration and operation, and at the same time enhances the system modulation and the extendability.
