摘  要:将枯草芽孢杆菌Bs501接种于LB液体培养基中,30℃,230 r/min振荡培养,每2 h测一次OD600,镜检观察芽孢形成情况,并用保湿培养法测其稻瘟病菌孢子萌发抑制率。结果表明,枯草芽孢杆菌Bs501培养6 h进入对数期,12 h进入稳定期,14 h后进入衰亡期;36 h开始形成芽孢,56 h芽孢形成率大于95%;8 h开始有抑菌作用,48 h抑菌作用最强,以后不再有明显变化。说明拮抗物质在前芽孢的发育成熟期产生。Bacillus subtilis inhibits the growth of Pyricularia grisea and the antagonistic activity of B. subtilis varies on different nutritional media. B. subtilis Bs501 was inoculated in LB liquid medium,230 r/m, and 30℃. The growth curve drawn with the OD600 every 2h showed that B. subtilis Bs501 accessed to logarithmic phase after cultivating for 6h,to stationary phase after 12h,and to decline phase after 14h. B. subtilis Bs501 was observed under the microscope every 2h. Spores began to form after cultivated for 36h,and spores formed beyond 95% after 56h. Fermentation supernatant of every 2h was mixed with conidium solution of P. grisea, and cultivated in concave slide for 12h at 28℃. The results showed that the supernatant of B. subtilis Bs501 cultivated for 8h began to inhibit the growth of P. grisea,and the inhibition ability of the supernatant rise to the highest and keep it after cultivating for 48h. That is to say the antagonistic materials were produced at the maturity phase of prespore.
