摘　　要：技术进步通过节约企业的内部协调成本和市场交易成本影响着企业边界的变动。技术进步对企业边界的影响往往集中体现于外包行为。笔者首先通过选取中国制造业的典型企业和行业作为样本,针对技术进步对企业边界造成的影响进行了实证研究;同时对技术进步与制造业相关行业的外包决策之间的关系进行了进一步的研究。研究结果表明,技术进步使得中国制造业企业的纵向一体化程度呈现增大的趋势,企业边界逐渐扩大;技术进步与外包行为间存在正相关的关系。Technology progress affects the change in firm boundary through saving firms＇ internal coordination costs and market transaction costs. The effect of technology progress on firm boundary is often embodied in the outsourcing behavior. The authors first select some typical Chinese manufacturing enterprises and industries as samples, empirically research the effect of technology progress on firm boundary, and then further study the relationship between technology progress and the outsourcing decision - making of manufacturing indutry. The results show that technology progress strengthens the vertical integration of Chinese manufacturing industry, expands firm boudary gradually;there is a significantly positive correlation between technology progress and outsourcing behavior.
