民营企业社会责任推进机制研究

摘　　要：当前,我国民营企业普遍存在着较严重的社会责任问题,这既影响我国经济社会协调发展战略目标的实现,也成为企业自身持续成长的瓶颈,因此亟需探索出一套行之有效的系统解决方案。作者试图从政府推动、社会推动、法制推动和利益拉动等四个方面建立民营企业社会责任推进机制,以借助机制的长效推力解决民营企业社会责任存在的问题,为政府实现长效管理、民营企业健康发展,提供支持。At present there exits a serious problem about the social responsibility of the private enterprises of our country, which not only affects the realization of the strategic goals of coordinate development of our country＇ s economy and society,but also becomes the chock point that impedes the enterprises＇ own development. So it is urgently necessary to find an effective and systematic solution. The author tries to develop a push -mechanism of private enterprises＇ social responsibility from the four aspects of government push, social push, legal push,and interest pull so as to solve the problem about the social responsibility of private enterprises that exists in the private enterprises by virtue of the long - time and effective pushing force of mechanism and provide support for the government realizing long - time and effective management and the healthy development of private enterprises.
