叶枯唑的反相高效液相色谱分析

摘　　要：介绍了以甲醇-水（pH=3．0，体积比40：60）为流动相，使用VP—ODS不锈钢柱，在230nm条件下使用紫外检测器，对叶枯唑进行高效液相色谱分离和测定，外标法定量。测定方法中叶枯唑的回收率在98．8％-100．1％之间，标准偏差为0.103，变异系数为0．50％。证明该方法快速、准确、可靠。The quantitive analysis of bismerthiazol was determined by HPLC. The operating conditions by HPLC were ODS column , using methanol and water （pH = 3.0,40：60 by vol. ）as mobile phase and wavelength 2 3 0 nm. The recoveries of bismerthiazol was 9 8. 8 %- 1 0 0. 1% , the stand deviation was 0. 103 ,the variation voefficient was 0.50%. The results indicated that this method was fast, accurate and resporserble.
