摘　　要：管理组织机构是质量监控体系中的组织者,也是督促措施实施的执行者,实验教学质量监控体系的健全及正常运行直接影响教学质量监控的质量。文中结合海南大学教学质量管理的工作实践,分析了学校实验教学质量监控体系中管理组织机构的构建及其作用。The management and organization system is the organizer of the quality monitoring system, and also a performer that supervises the measure implementing. So its perfect and normal running directly influences the quality of teaching monitoring. This article summarises the practice teaching quality management in the Hainan University and analyzes the constructions of the management of organization systems and its functions in the quality evaluating system of experiment teaching in the school.
