摘  要:目的在4℃、25℃和37℃条件下.考查不同浓度的注射用灯盏花素与5%葡萄糖注射液、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液、氯化钠注射液在不同时间的配伍稳定性。方法采用正交试验方法将注射用灯盏花素与上述3种输液配成不同浓度的溶液,按4因素3水平进行L9(3^4)正交试验,采用高效液相色谱法测定各配伍液中的灯盏花乙素含量。结果配伍液在上述各温度、不同浓度的输液中,0~4h内灯盏花乙素含量均无显著性的变化。结论注射用灯盏花素可与上述3种输液配伍。与氯化钠注射液配伍使用最佳。OBJECTIVE To observe the stability of Breviscarpin injection with different concentrations in 5 % glucose injection, glucose and sodium chloride injection and sodium chloride injection at 4℃,25℃ and 37℃ over different periods.METHODS 9 solutions with different concentrations were made up by Breviscarpin injection and above-mentioned infusion fluids according to 4 factors and 3 levels to make L9(3^4) orthogonal test, Then content of scutellarin in each solution was determined by HPLC. RESULTS The contents of scutellarin with different concentrations in above-mentioned solutions at different temperatures had no obvious changes over 0~4h. CONCLUSION Breviscarpin injection was well compatible with the above-mentioned solutions, and sodium chloride injection is better than others.
