摘　　要：介绍了图示评审法(GERT)的构成、解决问题的步骤和绘制网络图的规则.运用GERT网络对企业研制新产品的方案进行评审,结合实际例子对GERT方法进行了验证,并指出了方法的局限性.用增加功能节点的方法,扩充了GERT方法的模拟范围.This paper introduces the constitution of GERT, the steps of solving problems and the rule for drawing network chart. With the aid of GERT network, schemes for the developing of new products of enterprises are evaluated. GERT is testified through practical cases, and the limitation of the method is shown. By adding some functional knots, the scope of the simulation of GERT is expanded.
