摘  要:采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定食品级硫磺中微量砷。利用正交试验法研究了硝酸-双氧水密闭消化硫磺样品的溶解条件,确定了仪器的最佳测试条件,探讨了盐酸介质、硼氢化钾浓度对测定结果的影响。在选定的仪器条件下,对食品级硫磺样品中的砷进行了测定,方法的检出限为0.087 ng/mL,回收率为99.0%~103.0%,相对标准偏差为0.56%~1.86%(n=7)。实验证明,该方法灵敏度高,操作简便,测定结果准确,且无环境污染问题。A method was developed for the determination of trace arsenic in food grade sulfur by hydrogen generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The sample was dissolved by nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide in closed-vessel and the optimal test conditions were established. The influence of nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide on measurement results were studied. The trace arsenic in food grade sulfur were determined under the selected conditions. The detection limit was 0. 087ng/mL, recoveris were between 99. 0%- 103.0% and RSDs were 0.56%-1.86%. The method is sensitive, simple and accurate and does not pollute environment.
