摘  要:目的考察用FLP-3型一步制粒机制备空白淀粉颗粒时,不同的工艺参数对颗粒合格率的影响。方法采用单因素实验,以颗粒合格率为评价指标,对工艺参数进行考察。结果与结论最佳工艺参数为:引风大小要根据制粒物料状态不同随时进行调节,进风温度控制在90℃,雾化压力控制在0.1bar,喷雾速率由30rpm逐渐降低至20rpm。本研究可为用一步制粒机制备颗粒剂和教学提供参考。OBJECTIVE To investigate the different process parameters on the impact of granules passing rate, when manufacture blank starch granules with FLP- 3 one-step-granulating. METHODS Single factor experiment was adopted. Granules passing rate was used as evaluation criteria of the process parameters inspected. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION the best process parameters: with the wind according to the size granulation different materials at any time state to regulate. The into wind temperature was controlled at 90;. Atomization pressure was controlled in the 0. 1 bar. Spray rate was decreased from 30 rpm to 20 rpm. This study can be used to manufacture granules with FLP--3 one-step-granulating and practice teaching of vocational schools to provide information.
