水样中^60Co+^95Zr的测量方法研究

摘  要:采用BH1224型多道能谱仪测量了60Co+95Zr水样中的能谱图,确定了各自的测量道。并对其测量的重复性、样品量和活度对测量结果的影响等进行了分析,确定了相应的校正曲线。结果显示:(1)95Zr能谱有3个峰,选取S3峰(540 ̄680能谱道)作为样品活度的测量道较为合适,60Co能谱有2个峰,选取S5峰(1630 ̄1900能谱道)作为样品活度的测量道较为合适;(2)测量时间对测量结果没有影响;(3)随着样品量的增加,同一活度样品的测量值呈下降趋势,应进行该项目的校正,校正曲线60Co为Y1=1.0146-0.0060X1,95Zr为Y2=1.0183-0.0070X(2X1、X2为测样的样品量mL);(4)仪器死时间引起的漏计数不容忽视,对测量结果应进行死时间校正,其校正系数95Zr为Y3=101.33-0.0226X3;60Co为Y5=101.56-0.0233X5;(X3、X5为测样的计数率cps)。The energy spectrum curve of ^60Co and ^95Zr solid samples were measured by using BH1224 muhichannel energy spectromenter, and the influence of its metrical repeatability, the weight of samples and radioactivity on the results were determined and analyzed, then the corresponding calibration curve was concluded. The results showed: (1)The energy spectrum of ^95Zr had three apices, it's rather suitable to select the apex of S3(energy spectrum path: 540-680) as the measurement path; (2)The time of measurement had no effects on the measuring results; (3)With increasing samples'weight, the measuring values of the samples with the same radioactivity was downtrend, which showed that the values should be calibrated. The calibration curve was as follows: Y1=1.014 6-0.006 0 X1 for ^60Co, Y2=1.008 6-0.006 0 X2 for ^95Zr (the X1,X2 was the samples weight, the unit is mL) ; (4)The leaked counts caused by the dead time should not be neglected and the measuring results should be calibrated. The calibration factor was as follows: Y3=101.33-0.022 6 X3 for ^95Zr; Y5=101.56-0.023 3 X5 for ^60Co (the X3,X5 was the counts per second, the unit is cps).
