摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌组织中CD44V3、CD44V6和Ki-67的表达及其与乳腺癌生物学行为的关系。方法采用组织芯片技术结合免疫组化法检测60例乳腺浸润性导管癌和20例正常乳腺组织中的CD44V3、CD44V6和Ki-67的表达,并分析其与临床病理参数的关系。结果乳腺癌组织中CD44V3、CD44V6和Ki-67的阳性表达率分别为41.7%、58.3%和68.3%,明显高于正常乳腺组织(P均<0.05)。乳腺癌组织中CD44V6和Ki-67的表达与乳腺癌组织病理分级、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),同时CD44V6的表达与肿瘤的远处转移与否也有关(P<0.05)。乳腺癌组织中CD44V6与Ki-67的表达成正相关(r=0.587,P<0.01)。结论CD44V6和Ki-67与乳腺癌的恶性生物学行为密切相关,可作为预测乳腺癌转移潜能的指标。Objective To explore the expression of CD44V3, CD44 V6 and Ki-67 and their relation with biological behaviour of breast cancer. Methods The CD44V3 ,CD44V6 and Ki-67 were studied by tissue chip and immunohistochemistry in 60 cases of breast invasive ductal cancer and 20 cases of normal breast tissue. Results The positive rates of CD44 V3, CD44V6 and Ki-67 were 41.7% ,58.3% and 68.3% respectively, significantly higher than those in normal tissues（ P 〈 0.05）. There was significant correlation between CD44 V6 and Ki-67 immunoreaetivity and the histologie grading, lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was significant correlation between CD44V6 and distant metastasis（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The positive correlation was observed between expression of CD44V6 and Ki-67 （r = 0. 587 ,p 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The expression of CD44V6 and Ki-67 is closely related to the tumor malignancy biological behaviour of breast cancer and its can predict the potential breast cancer cell metastasis.
