摘 要:目的:探讨CT对视神经萎缩的诊断价值。方法:用CT扫描98例已确诊的视神经萎缩患者视神经脑外段,观察其影像学变化。结果:视神经萎缩CT表现为密度减低影,钙化,硬化带,密度增高影,继发性视神经萎缩较原发性视神经萎缩表现明显,视力衰减程度和视神经萎缩程度无明显关系。结论:CT扫描可用于视神经萎缩的诊断,并可鉴别原发性和继发性视神经萎缩。AIM: To explore the diagnostic value of computed tomography (CT) in optic atrophy. METHODS: Ninety-eight cases with optic atrophy were examined by CT for segment at external brain, and their imaging data were analyzed. RESULTS: The CT characteristics of optic atrophy presented a lower density video, calcification, hardening zone and higher density video, the performance of which was more obvious in secondary optic atrophy than that in primary optic atrophy. The degree of visual decay and optic atrophy was not related to the degree. CONCLUSION: CT scans can be used in diagnosis of optic atrophy, and differentiate primary and secondary optic atrophy.
