复方孕二烯酮治疗女性痤疮的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨口服复方孕二烯酮治疗女性痤疮患者的临床疗效。方法:收集本院2005年3月-2007年11月皮肤科门诊的87例女性痤疮患者,随机分为2组,治疗组46例,采用口服复方孕二烯酮片1片/次,每天1次,每于月经第5天开始,连服21d,6个周期为1疗程;对照组41例,采用0.025%维甲酸乳膏每晚外涂,同时口服盐酸米诺环素胶囊,50mg/次,每天2次,持续6个月。结果:治疗组痊愈率(47.83%)、显效率(41.30%)及有效率(10.87%)均分别高于对照组的7.32%、26.83%、19.51%,P﹤0.001。结论:复方孕二烯酮治疗女性呈周期性加重或突发的痤疮疗效较好。Objective： To study the clinical efficacy and safety of Compound Gestodene in treatment of female ache. Methods： Between March 2005 and November 2007, 87 women with ache were randomized into two groups. The treatment group （n=46） received oral Minulet （1 tablet, once daily for 21 days starting from day 5 of the menstruation, repeated 6 consecutive cycles）, while the control group （n=41） received topical use of 0.025% Tretinoin cream once per night plus 50rag oral Minocycline Hydrochloride twice- daily for 6 months. Results： The rates of recovery, marked improvement and effectiveness were 47.83%, 41.30% and 10.87 in treatment group compared to 7.32%, 26.83 and 19.51% in the control group. Conclusion： Compound Gestodene appears better clinical outcomes for female acne with periodic aggravation or sudden onset.
