膀胱癌中Livin的表达及其与突变型P53的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨Livin在膀胱癌中的表达及意义,及其与突变型P53表达的相关性。方法采用34例膀胱癌石蜡标本及10例正常膀胱组织标本,通过免疫组化SP法检测Livin与突变型P53的表达。结果Livin在10例正常膀胱组织中不表达,而34例膀胱癌组织标本中有30例Livin阳性表达(P<0.01)。在膀胱癌中Livin蛋白的阳性表达率和膀胱移行细胞癌的病理分级、临床分期、复发性无明显的相关性(P>0.05);突变型P53在正常膀胱组织中不表达,而34例膀胱癌组织标本中有18例突变型P53阳性表达(P<0.01);膀胱癌中Livin的表达率与突变型P53无相关性(P>0.05)。结论Livin蛋白与突变型P53蛋白可作为诊断膀胱癌的特异性指标,亦为抗肿瘤基因治疗提供了新的靶点。Objective To study expression and significance of Livin and its relation to P53 mutation in bladder carcinomas. Methods 34 bladder carcinomas and 10 normal bladder mucosas were used to detect the expressions of Livin and p53 mutation by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rate of Livin and P53 between bladder carcinomas and control was significant （P〉0.01）. The positive rate of Livin was not associated with pathological grades, clinical stages and recurrence （P〉0.05）. There is no significant relationship between Livin and P53 mutation expression （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The expression of Livin and P53 mutation can be used as characteristic parameters for the diagnosis of bladder carcinoma. Livin and P53 mutation can be considered as a target for anti-tumor gene therapy.
