摘 要:采用分配系数法,以Pb-10%Cu熔体为平衡相,结合Miedema生成热模型,考察了电脉冲作用前后Al-10%Cu熔体Cu组元活度的变化。研究表明,脉冲电场作用下,体系溶质Cu的分配系数由0.2876变为1.6541,Pb-10%Cu合金中Cu原子有向上部Al-10%Cu熔体扩散的倾向。计算结果表明,分配体系下部Pb-Cu合金中溶质Cu的活度由原来的0.1143变为0.0385,基于溶质Cu在体系上下部活度相等的事实,得出上部Al-Cu熔体溶质Cu的活度变化。Taking Pb-10%Cu melt as the equilibrium phase, the activity of Cu in Al-10%Cu melt under the pulse electric field (PEF) is investigated by the distribution coefficient method and the Miedema heat formation model. The results show that solute distribution coefficient of Cu in system has changed from 1. 6541 to 0. 2876, the atom of Cu in Pb-10%Cu melt has the tendency to migrate into Al-10%Cu melt under the PEF. The activity of Cu in Pb-Cu alloy has changed from 0. 1143 to 0. 0385. The acitvity of Cu in Al-Cu melt is obtained based on the fact that both the upper layer's Al-Cu melt and the bottom layer's Pb-Cu melt have the same activity.
