摘 要:目的探讨蛙皮素(BN)参与体温热限调节及其机制。方法以IL-1β致热大鼠为研究对象,采用放免法对下丘脑及血浆中PGE2含量进行同步检测。结果(1)侧脑室注射0.1μgIL-1β诱导发热大鼠的下丘脑及血浆中PGE2含量明显增高(P<0.05);(2)侧脑室注射0.7μgBN引起的大鼠体温降低时,下丘脑及血浆中PGE2含量明显降低(P<0.05);(3)给IL-1β之前10min先侧脑室给0.7μgBN,结果明显翻转第一发热高峰并抑制第一发热高峰后的温度升高,同时大鼠下丘脑和血浆中的PGE2含量也明显低于IL-1β致热组(P<0.05)。结论BN降低大鼠正常体温和抑制IL-1β的致热作用可能通过抑制PGE2的合成与释放实现。Aim To study the effect of bombesin on body temperature thermothreshold. Methods With IL-1β-induced febrile rats as research subject,the content of PGE2 in hypothalamus and plasma was detected with radioimmunoassay. Results ( 1 ) Induced by i. c. v. injection of IL-1β(0. 1μg) ,the content of PGE2 in hypothalamus and plasma of the febrile rats significantly increased (P 〈 0. 05 ). (2) The content of PGE2 in hypothalamus and plasma got lower than that of the control group when the injection of BN (0. 7μg ) caused the decrease of rats' normal body temperature.(3) Injecting BN (0.7μg) ten minutes before injecting IL-1β in icv changed the trend line of the first fever by making the temperature much lower and restraining the increasing temperature. At the same time, the content of PGE2 in both hypothalamus and plasma was apparently lower than that in IL-1β-induced group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The effect that bombesin could reduce normal body temperature and inhibit fever induced by IL-1β might be related to the inhibition of the synthesis and release of PGE2.
