摘　　要：在创新与竞争浪潮席卷全球的社会背景下,高校团委唯有以创新理念迎接挑战,才能肩负起时代所赋予的使命。在培养大学生创新能力方面,高校团委应该发挥更加积极的作用,如可通过举办相关讲座、参加社会实践活动、进行课题立项、举办学术科技节等途径,为大学生创设脱颖而出的机会。In the worldwide pursuit of innovation and competition, only if the college youth league committee takes up challenges with innovative ideas can it assume the mission entrusted by the times. To cultivate college students＇ innovative competence, the youth league committee needs to play a more positive role by giving a course of lectures, participating in social practice, undertaking research subjects, holding academic and scientific festivals, etc.
