公平视野中的广东高等教育公共财政体制探析

摘　　要：要推动高等教育大众化不断发展,促进教育公平与效率,完善广东高考教育财政体系,必须进一步拓宽高等教育经费筹措渠道,明确政府提供资金的范围,转变政府资助方式,规范高校的财务收支行为。To boost the continual development of the popularization of higher education, improves education justice and efficiency, and perfects financial system of Guangdong＇s higher education, it is essential to explore more channels to raise funds for higher education, identify the funding range of the government, change the governmental funding mode, and standardize the revenue and expenditure in higher education finance.
