汉代“以孝治天下”及其现代价值

摘　　要：汉代实行"以孝治天下"。在实践中,汉代政府采取了以下三方面的社会政策,以"孝"作为官吏选拔的途径与评价标准之一;用社会政策和制度培育敬老爱老的社会风尚;"以礼入法",对老年人的社会地位和对孝的行为进行硬约束。汉代的措施给我们当今培养敬老爱老的风尚提供了有益借鉴。In Han dynasty, the empire was ruled with the philosophy of filial duty. The idea of filial duty was applied in the social policies in three ways： the officers were elected and judged by filial duty as one of the criteria; social policies and institution were to cultivate the customs of respecting and loving the elders; the elders＇ social status and people＇s filial duty were assured by the law. We can benefit a lot from the policies of Han dynasty to foster social customs of loving elders for the contemporary times.
