摘　　要：目的探讨三剪式泪点切开术的效果。方法对26例（35眼）施行三剪式泪点切开并置入长12mm，直径0．66mm的硅胶支撑管，其外端用10—0缝线固定在睑缘上，不包扎，不冲洗泪道，术后1周拆线拔管。结果26例35眼中除1眼烧伤所致的泪点闭塞，在拔管后泪点狭小，行2次手术后成功外，其余25例34眼均1次成功。术后观察2～18月，平均11月，均未再复发，溢泪症状均消失。结论三剪式泪点切开术，手术方法简便，成功率高。Objective To evaluate the effect of three snips incision of lacrimal punctum. Methods 26 cases（35eyes） accepted three snips incision of lacrimal puncture, with 12mm longth, 0.66 mm diameter silic tube inserted. The extrem of the tubes were fixed on the lid-margin without wrapping or tractus lacrimalis irrigation. Tubes were extracted after one week. Results 25 cases （34 eyes） were cured after operation. 1 case （ 1 eye） hurt by cauma were cured by second operation owning to lacrimal punctum narrow after extubation. No recurrence of the cases occurred in the 1-18 monthes （11 monthes average） following -up without epiphora. Conclusions Three snips incision of lacrimal punctum is convenient method to cure obliteratio puncti lacrimalis.
