那素达滴眼液在LASIK术中应用的临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨那素达滴眼液能否减轻或减少LASIK术中结膜下出血。方法(1)临床对照组:103例(191眼)近视眼在术前半小时滴那素达滴眼液,然后常规进行LASIK手术前准备及手术;107例(191眼)近视眼常规进行LASIK手术前准备及手术作为对照组。分析比较2组术后结膜下出血情况。(2)自身对照组:40例双眼近视眼进行随机自身对照研究,一眼为那素达滴眼液组,另一眼为对照组,观察术后结膜下出血情况。结果(1)临床对照组:那素达滴眼液组16眼(8.38%)发生结膜下出血;对照组79眼(41.36%),两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。(2)自身对照组:那素达滴眼液组3眼(7.50%)发生结膜下出血;对照组16眼(40.00%),两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论那素达滴眼液能显著降低LASIK术中结膜下出血的发生率。Objective To evaluate the effects of Naphcon-A in reducing subconjunctival hemorrhage in LASIK. Methods 103 patients （ 191 eyes） with simple refractive errors were used Naphcon-A eyedrops before LASIK,107 patients （191 eyes） for control;40 patients （80 eyes） with simple refractive errors were preformed with randomized （self-controlled） comparative trial. One eyes of the patients were used for Naphcon-A before LASIK, the others for control.Subconjunctival hemorrhage were examined in postoperation and the difference of the two groups was analyzed. Results Subconjunctival hemorrhage after LASIK was found in 8.37% of eyes （ 16/191 ） in the Naphcon-A group,and in 41.89% of eyes （79/191） in control group. The difference between two groups was significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Group of self-controlled comparative trial： Subconjunctival hemorrhage after LASIK was found in 7.5% of eyes （3/40） in Naphcon-A group,and in 40% of eyes （16/40） in control group. The difference between them was significant （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusions The ratio of subconjunctival hemorrhage in LASIK was statistically reduced by Naphcon-A.
