摘　　要：目的评价玻璃体切除联合小梁切除术对眼挫伤性晶状体脱位继发性青光眼的治疗效果。方法采用玻璃体切除联合小梁切除手术。结果46例(46眼)挫伤性晶状体脱位继发性青光眼患者手术后,眼压均得到控制,视力有不同程度的提高。结论玻璃体切除联合小梁切除术对眼挫伤继发性晶状体脱位继发性青光眼是一种有效的治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the effects of combined vitrectomy and trabectdectomy in treatment of secondary glaucoma after traumatic lens dislocation. Methods All patients with seconday glaucoma after traumatic lens dislocation underwent vitrectomy combined trabeculeetomy. Results 46 patients （46 eyes ） with secondary glaucoma after traumatic lens dislocation underwent combined postoperatively, all patients gained good control of IOP and achieved improved visual acuity. Conclusions For secondary glaucoma after traumatic lens dislocation, combined trabeculectomy and vitreetomy is an effective and safe menthod.
