摘　　要：目的探讨保留眼球的改良美容性全结膜瓣术配戴薄壳义眼或软性义眼治疗轻度眼球萎缩的临床疗效。方法对32例（32眼）轻度眼球萎缩无眼内活动病变者行改良的美容性全结膜瓣遮盖术。在传统结膜瓣遮盖术的基础上加以改良，首先行角膜板层切除，然后行全结膜瓣遮盖手术。结果32例，随访6～12个月，平均9．6个月。全部病例无结膜回退及结膜囊肿等并发症发生，术后患者能顺利配戴薄壳义眼或软性义眼，外观满意，义眼有一定活动度。结论对于轻度无眼内活动病变的眼球萎缩者行角膜板层切除联合全结膜瓣遮盖术，手术并发症少，可获得良好的美容效果。Objective To prove the methods and clinical effects of an improved technique of entire conjunetival flap covering whole cornea operation on atrophied eyes. Methods We had operated on 32 eyes with bulbus atrophy and congenital mierophtehalmos with the lamellar keratectomy and entire eonjunctival flap coyering whole cornea operation. Results All the patients were satisfied with the appearance and no complications were found. Conclusions Lamellar keratectomy and entire conjunctival flap covering whole cornea operation was appropriate for the atrophied eyes.
