摘  要:运用健壮设计理论,以连杆机构的几何参数为设计变量,以满足曲柄摇杆机构及传动角条件为约束,以再现轨迹精度最佳为目标函数,同时考虑连杆件制造精度和装配误差对轨迹精度的影响,采用具有正态分布参数的蒙特卡罗法采样和多目标遗传优化算法对四杆机构进行健壮性设计。结果表明,与传统的优化设计相比,该方法更符合实际情况,且当设计变量存在微小变化时,能有效保证平面四杆机构的运动轨迹精度。The robust design method was applied to the plane four connecting-rod mechanism for path generation, with the geometrical parameters as design variables, crank-rocker mechanism and transmit angel as constraint, minimum error between theoretical and practical positions as objective function, Monte Carlo with normal distribution as sampling method and MOGA ( multi-object genetic algorithm) as optimization method and considering the effects of the manufacture and assembly tolerances of parts on steering performance. The results prove the method can satisfy the real conditions, compared with the traditional optimization design, moreover when design parameters are little uncertainty, the method can assure the kinematics precision of plane four connecting-rod mechanism.
