摘  要:基于小波变换的频谱细化方法可提取信号所需频率成分的特征。通过合理选择小波参数,利用多个单Morlet小波组成的组合小波可构成具有零相移、平顶通带及快速衰减过渡带特性的带通滤波器,再采用频谱细化方法对干式真空泵轴承的振动信号作频谱分析,提取出故障特征频率,并将该方法与功率谱分析做了对比。结果表明,基于小波变换的频谱细化方法比功率谱分析法有较高的频率分辨率,可更有效地应用于故障诊断,且实现过程也比较简单。Based on the characteristic that the wavelet can separate the required frequency, with appropriate choice of wavelet parameters, a band-pass filter with zero phase shift, fiat topped pass-band and rapid attenuation in the transition band was constructed by using a wavelet group combined with muhi-Morlet-like wavelet. The fault signal spectrums relating to bearing defects in a dry vacuum pump were analyzes with spectrum zoom method and the characteristic frequency of fault signal was abstracted. The result shows that the frequency spectrum zoom method based on wavelet transform has higher frequency resolution rate than power spectrum method, it is more suitable to the fault diagnosis. This method is simple when performing.
