井矿盐卤水开采中硫酸盐垢除垢剂室内研究

摘　　要：针对井矿盐卤水开采过程中产生的以硫酸盐为主要成分的管垢,研制出了一种以有机螯合剂为主,与不含磷的有机阻垢剂、渗透剂、pH调节剂复配的除垢剂。这种除垢剂具有除垢效率高、无毒、安全性好、对管道设备腐蚀小、成本低、使用方便等特点。通过室内中试实验,证实了这种除垢剂的效果比较明显。Aiming at the pipe scale whose main element is sulfate in the process of exploiting well and rock salt brine,a kind of scale remover is developed,its main element is organic chelating agent, and it is mixed with phosphorus-free organic scale inhibitor, penetrating agent,pH regulator. This scale remover is characteristic of high efficiency of removing scale,non-toxicity,safety,little corrosion on the pipe equipment,low cost and easy application. Through laboratory study, the obvious effect of this scale remover is proved.
