根管锉及面充填物对前磨牙牙体抗折强度的影响

摘  要:目的:观察不同根管锉预备根管及不同面充填物对前磨牙牙体抗折强度的影响。方法:将70颗离体上颌第一前磨牙随机分成对照组(A组,不做任何处理),B1、B2和B3组(不锈钢K锉预备根管后B1组常规双垫银汞充填,B2组光固化树脂充填,B3组玻璃离子水门汀充填),C1、C2和C3组(ProTaper手动锉预备根管后C1组常规双垫银汞充填,C2组光固化树脂充填,C3组玻璃离子水门汀充填)。所有牙齿制作试件,用多功能力测量机测试每颗牙的破坏载荷,比较各组抗折强度的差别。结果:各实验组抗折能力均低于对照组。而实验组中,ProTaper手动锉预备组抗折能力低于不锈钢K锉预备组,常规双垫银汞充填组低于光固化树脂充填和玻璃离子水门汀充填组;B3组抗折能力最强,C1组最低。结论:不锈钢K锉预备、光固化树脂充填和玻璃离子水门汀充填对牙齿抗折强度的影响小于ProTaper手动锉预备和常规双垫银汞充填。Objective: To observe the effects of different root canal file and the restoration of occlusal surface on the fracture resistance of premolars. Methods: Seventy maxillary first premolars were randomly divided into seven groups. The teeth in the control group(group A)were not treated. Teeth in the experimental groups were dealt with different root canal file and restoration. Test piece was made by all the teeth. The fracture resistances of teeth were tested with multi- function testing machine. Results: Compared with control group, the fracture resistance in the experimental groups were lower. The fracture resistances of groups preparing with ProTaper file were lower than those of groups with stainless steel K file. The fracture resistances of groups with amalgam restoration were lower than those of groups with light-cured resin and glass ionomer cement restoration. Conclusion: The stainless steel K file, light cured resin and glass ionomer cement are less affected the fracture resistance of the premolar than the ProTaper file and the amalgam.
