摘  要:节能减排是改善环境的需要,也是企业必须承担的责任。为了节约"冷—热—冷"胶合工艺中的热能和冷却用水,发明了两种不同的方法与装置,第一种是对保压冷却阶段产生的不同温度热水进行梯级回收、循环利用;第二种是对"冷—热—冷"胶合工艺进行创新,发明了两步法"冷—热—冷"胶合工艺的方法与装置。生产实践表明:这两种方法与装置均有显著的节能节水效果。Energy saving and emissions reduction was the necessery for environment protection, and the responsibility which the enterprises must assume. In order to save the energy and cooling water, two different types of techniques and devices were designed. One was to stepwise recover and cireulate the hot water of different temperatures produced in the process of hold up and cool phases. The other was to renovate the‘cold -hot -cold' pressing technology, inventing the technique and device of a two -step ‘ cold - hot - cold' pressing technology. The practice in production reveals that these two different types of techniques and devices can bring about remarkable results in energy and water saving.
