从耗散结构理论看教育在藏区发展中的地位

摘　　要：本文将藏区视为一个开放的系统,从耗散结构理论出发,认为应选择教育作为藏区系统中的特定参量优先加以促进,使其向阀值发展,从而促进整个藏区向现代化发展。本文同时论述了促进教育发展的具体措施。In this article, we regarded Tibetan Areas as open systems. And then, we believed that we should promote education in a very high priority so that it could move towards the threshold value of changing and become the Key parameter in order to urge Tibetan Areas to generate positive mutation. We also discussed some detailed steps to boost the development of Education.
