直肠闭式修补加直肠黏膜下注射硬化剂治疗直肠前突20例临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨直肠闭式修补加直肠黏膜下注射硬化剂治疗直肠前突的疗效。方法：对20例直肠前突患者采用经直肠修补加直肠黏膜下消痔灵硬化剂注射。结果：直肠前突20例,治愈18例,显效2例,有效率100%。术后随访1~24个月,无明显后遗症及复发。结论：经直肠闭式修补加直肠黏膜下硬化剂注射方法治疗直肠前突安全、有效。Objective：To explore the surgical efficacy of transrectal closed repair plus rectal submucosal injection of sclerosing agent on patients with rectocele. Methods：Twenty cases of rectocele were treated with combined therapy of transrectal repair and rectal submucosal injection of sclerosing agent. Results：Eighteen of the 20 cases were cured and 2 cases responded well. No remarkable sequelae were observed in the follow-up of 0.5 - 2.0 years. Conclusions ： Combination therapy of transrectal closed repair and rectal submucosal injection of sclerosing agent is safe and effective for treatment of rectocele.
