摘　　要：企业无论创新能力强或弱,都要注意运用知识产权战略推动自主创新,而且要根据创新能力的强弱,选择适当的知识产权战略。首先,分析了自主创新与知识产权战略的关系;接着,以跨国公司知识产权战略为例,构建企业知识产权战略和创新能力的动态匹配矩阵,并归纳企业实施的知识产权战略模式及适用条件;最后,提出我国企业现阶段实施知识产权战略的具体建议。The article suggests that,whatever the innovation capability is ,they must perform autonomous innovation by IPR and chose right IPR strategy.First,it analyzes the linkage of autonomous innovation and IPR. Second ,in the case of IPR strategy of MNC,the dynamic matching matrix is formed ,and the IPR strategy patterns and the conditions is concluded. Lastly,the suggestion about the implement of IPR strategy is proposed.
