研究型大学创新能力转移的机理分析

摘　　要：研究型大学如何有效服务国家自主创新战略,是政府、专家、学者近期关注的热点问题。运用"创新能力桶"分析了研究型大学、企业及政府的创新能力,在此基础上运用"创新能力转移桶"研究了研究型大学创新能力的转移过程,并提出相应的对策。How to serve national stratagem on independent innovation effectively at present is a hot issue paid attention widely by government, experts, and scholars. The innovation competence of research university ,enterprise and government is analyzed respectively by using of innovation competence barrel. Based on this analysis,the process of irmovation competence transfer of research university is made research by using of innovation competence transfer barrel and the policy suggestion for innovative competence transfer of research university is given. The theory foundation is established fgr the further analysis and research on innovation competence transfer of research university.
