依达拉唪运用于缺血性脑卒中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究神经保护剂依达拉唪运用于缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法将98例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为研究组49例,对照组49例,在相同治疗的基础上,研究组加用依达拉唪,两组均治疗4周。结果治疗前后各用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(FMA)和修订的Barthel指数(MBI)评分1次,研究组各项指标评分明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论依达拉唪用于治疗缺血性脑卒中,能促进脑卒中患者运动功能和日常生活能力的恢复,减轻其后遗症。Objective To study the recovery effects of edaravone injection to ischemic cerebral vascular disease. Methods Ninety-eight patients with cerebral stroke were randomly divided into research group（ n = 49） and control group（ n = 49）. All of them received routine treatment. Further more, the patients in the research group were treated with edaravone injection, clinical treatment lasted for 4 weeks. Results Fugl-Meyer motor function grading（ FMA） and modified Barthel index（MBI） were used to grade the patients in the two groups before and after treatment .The grading in the research group was obviously better than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Edaravone injection could promote the recovery of motor function with Ischemic cerebral vascular Disease and enhance the level of ability of daily life,
