早期乳腺癌保乳手术治疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨保乳手术在早期乳腺癌治疗中的临床应用。方法回顾性分析2004年1月～2008年3月完成的女性早期乳腺癌保乳手术42例。手术方式为肿瘤局部广泛切除加腋窝淋巴结清扫。术后行辅助放疗，化疗及内分泌治疗。结果全组随访2～51个月，局部无复发转移，所有患者至今均存活。术后乳房外观美容效果评定，优、良率达到90．4％。结论保乳手术是一种治疗早期乳腺癌有效、可行的方法。Objective To study clinic effect of breast-conserving surgery for early breast cancer. Methods 42 cases of early breast cancer underwent BCT were retrospectively analyzed from Januagy 2004 to March 2008. The manner of surgical treatment was wide excision of tumor plus axillary dissection. Adjuvant irradiation, chemotherapy and hormone therapy were given postoperatively. Results All The patients were followed up for 2 - 51 months without local recurrence or distant metastasis. About 90.4% patients showed good cosmetic results. Conclusion Breast-conserving surgery, is effective and feasible in early breast cancer.
