摘　　要：文章选用金标试纸法作为李斯特菌的快速筛选方法,加快检验速度,方便商品流通,用此方法对40份进口的鸡肉、猪肉、牛肉及鱼类进行了单增李斯特氏菌检测,并与国标方法[1]、SN方法[2]进行比较,并参考了食品微生物实验室工作指南[3],得出的结果是采用金标试纸法检验李斯特菌快速、准确、方便。In the paper, Gold Test Strip was used as a rapid screening method to test Listeria, so that we can speed up the commercial transactions. Based on this method, we tested 40 samples of imported chicken, pork, beet, and fish. By comparing with International Standard Method, SN Method, and with reference to the guideline of the Food Microbe Laboratory, Gold Test Strip Method was proved to be rapid, accurate and convenient
