摘　　要：研究利用粉洗盐沫压制生产舔块型盐,通过原料配方试验,分析了舔块原料配比、粘合剂种类、含水量、压强等对压制法生产舔块质量的影响,得出了最优成型条件,并对压制成型过程的数学模型进行了分析,该研究为粉洗盐沫的利用开拓了思路。In this paper, washing salt powder is used to produce salt lick block. Through the recipe tests, the ratio of raw material sah lick block, adhesive types, water and pressure are studied on the influence of salt lick block quality. The optimal condition of pressing formation is found. The mathmatical model is presented to describe the process of pressing the blocks. The study brings for- ward some ways for the use of washing salt powder.
