摘 要:【目的】评价纳豆芽孢杆菌对瘤胃液体外发酵的影响。【方法】采用瘤胃液体外发酵产气法,以不添加纳豆芽孢杆菌为对照,动态观测基础日粮中纳豆芽孢杆菌添加量分别为1.5×108/g(处理Ⅰ)和7.5×108/g(处理Ⅱ)对瘤胃液体外发酵产气量、pH值、NH3-N质量浓度和各挥发性脂肪酸浓度的影响。【结果】与对照相比,处理Ⅱ产气量提高了11.89%(P<0.05),瘤胃pH值显著降低(P<0.05),NH3-N质量浓度提高了16.07%(P<0.05),乙酸、丙酸和总挥发性脂肪酸浓度分别提高了10.43%,50.35%和20.70%(P<0.05);处理Ⅰ除丙酸浓度显著高于对照(P<0.05)外,其他各指标均与对照无明显差异(P>0.05)。【结论】纳豆芽孢杆菌培养物在基础日粮中的添加量为7.5×108/g时,能促进瘤胃液对饲料底物的降解代谢。[Objective] The study is to evaluate the role of Bacillus subtilis natto culture (BNC) effect on rurninal fermentation in vitro. [Method] Gas production technique was used to examine the effect of supplementation of 0.15% concentration BNC in dry material (DM) of substrate,containing 1.5×10^8/g (group I)and0.75% concentration BNCin DM of substrate,eontaining 7.5×10^8/g (group Ⅱ) on ruminal gas production, pH value, NH3-N concentration and VFA concentrations in vitro. [Result] Compared with control group (CK),the gas production in treat group Ⅱ increased by 11.89% (P〈0.05) ,the pH value decreased (P〈0.05) ,the NH3-N concentration increased by 16.07% (P〈0.05) ,and the concentrations of acetic acid, propionic acid and total VFA increased by 10.43% ,50.35% and 20.70% (P〈0.05) respectively. In group I ,propionic acid concentration was higher than that of CK,and the other indicators were not significantly different with CK. [Conclusion] The BNC containing 7.5×10^8/g in DM of substrate promoted the degradation and metabolism of the substrate in ruminal fermentation in vitro.
