摘　　要：新农民是建设社会主义新农村的主体,发展农村职业教育,拓展面向农村的高等职业教育,培育新农民是新农村建设的根本途径。对高等农业院校培育新农民的成功经验及问题进行了简要梳理,探讨了拓展面向农村的高等教育,培育新农民,开发农村人力资源的新模式机制。New farmers are the main body to build new socialist country. The development of rural vocational education, rural-oriented development of higher vocational education, and cultivating new farmers are the fundamental way to construct new country. The problem and successful experience was analyzed in the higher vocational education of cultivating new farmers, a new mode mechanism which was developing higher vocational education, cultivating new farmers and developing human resources in rural areas was studied.
