摘  要:制度学认为,社会问题的出现往往是旧的制度不能适应社会发展所带来的结果,而制度修正与重构则是解决社会问题的关键。流动人口子女教育问题从根本上讲也主要是受制于现行制度的安排。以调查为基础,在制度学理论的指导下,着力分析制约流动人口子女教育问题解决的制度学成因,力求从制度学角度探讨解决该问题的对策与建议。Institutional theories thought that the appearing of social problem resulted from the old system could not adapt to the social development, and the system restructuring was the key to resolve social problem. The left-behind children education problems were restricted by the current system fundamentally. Based on the investigation, and with the guide of institutional theories, the system causes inhibited left-behind children education problems were analyzed. The countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to resolve the problems from the institutional theories.
